I'm in China and it's more than one company shutting down. every server I tried thus far gives the same message of shutting down the 25th. I didn't read far enough to see if they will allow a server transfer and not lose anything (I have a level 1, used only to see events so in truth IDGIF), but I hope this is true as there are several players lv150+ with 5th mod on CSB partners etc who will be super pissed

Everything is cheaper there, and they get lots of free stuff compared to us. Red hogyoku frags? Exclusive frags? A list could be compiled, but no point. If LivingGod or BWG had spent the same amount on CN server or even BR server they would be much much stronger.

Hell yes, there is a small chance that with this we will get some new admins on forum, real admins, let me stress that slightly.
But its also very possible that GG will just fuck off and shutdown here too due to costs of maintaining/hiring new team or just run servers without updates. There is one good option and 2 bad options. Unless GG surprises me. :3

Read what dionysvs said. It's only one of the publishers for the game that's shutting down. The developer/publisher is still gonna be there so there really won't be any change as far as we're concerned.
