Name change card does not support all symbols

Hi, I bought a name change card to change my name to ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
To test whether all the included symbols are supported for in-game names, I made a new main character in different server and everything worked fine.

However, this is not the case with the name change card - it turns out that the card does not include all the symbols in the smiley, so I wasted 200 gold and got stuck with a name like this ()

But in all honesty, the number of bugs and misleading game mechanics is beyond mortal comprehension
