Ikkaku is worth almost 30k coupons I think, I think around like 27k I'm not sure, so now that the new visored is a max of 20k coupons, It's best you spend 20k this visored and whatever for the next, don't go past 20k ^^ (Not too sure what you meant on the add up on coupons bit mb)
Yeahh Starrk is better in growth rates, but these don't really become so much of a huge factor for these lower rate character in comparison to VIP partners, our growth rates are absolutely nothing to us lol
I stopped doing Kensei (Who btw, is one of the first gold partners you can get ever, so super low growth rates) evo in the first month it came out, haven't touched him since then, yet he is holding up as a solo partner and is doing me amazing, growth rates don't really matter for us ^^ :)

Also do take note Ikkaku only attacks the enemy vanguard whilst Starrk attacks all.
Starrk's exclusive skill is EXTREMELY great too as literally no-one can hit him if he has 90% dodge rate from stones alone whilst having 200% damage from his skill, Starrk pretty much enters the 100% Pure Offensive VG state with this
Whilst Ikkaku with his exclusive skill actually becomes the opposite of what he is now, and becomes a Pure Defensive VG, so think about that too if these are your permanent Vanguards ^^ :)

ofc his new skill is good but i am thinking of getting suifeng's new skill so yeah.. btw R.Ikkaku is also defensive in his original state because his skill contains 15% defence.. but it will overwrite senbon's buff do yeah .. are you f2p ? and one more thing is that he will still have a cap of 90% dodge rate..btw can skill buff ignore capping for example stark has 90% of dodge rate from stones.. and gets 100% more dodge rate from skill then what? will it still be 90% or 190%?

Yeah his own def buff will go over Senbon, but remember he won't be T1 (unless you want him to be), and he will possibly have low hit rate, so Ikkaku may not even skill at all, if anything Senbon would overwrite his skill, not the other way around ^^

Ikkaku does have defensive attributes like that 15% Def yeah, but it's almost nothing compared to other VG's, he's defo the most aggressive/offensive VG you can get so far ^^ :)

Yeah well i guess that counts btw i think i should remove dodge stones from him cuz then his block thing will be of no use so yeah .. i can put hit rate stones instead of that but thats another stroy cuz first i have to get him :lol . still 75% block is crazy tho.. no one will have so much break defence :D and he is also good in agility.. his talent gives him 30% agility so yeah

yup, for an offensive VG you don't really want dodge stones, but just 100% Block, replacing the dodge with hit or br def etc.
I'd say you should give him BR Def instead of hit, as the enemy VG may also have low dodge stones too
out of 6 slots, you could do 3 for hit rate, 3 for BR Def etc. depending on what your servers enemies are like ^^ :)
