Top up/ bought second ultimate set

so i bought the second ultimate set after topping up, was going after Nanao, and got the others done, but for some reason it says i havent completed with a second set, and so i cant claim her, so what is going on??

You bought the entire full set then the individual pieces for 2 sets?

There is more to getting her to, need lvl 30, and Sado as well.

i am lvl 39, have sado, and i bought individual pieces as it wouldnt let me buy a set in a bag.

Also ive reached lvl 40 in my first day and i havent gotten 5 piece set from the level rewards.

You aren't suppose to, you got them as you leveled up (the blue set)

same here. i cant hire nanao. i already have 2 sets of secret seretei ultimate equipment. and i cant buy anymore because already purchased.

I am lvl 33, have sado and bought the 2 sets of ultimate equipment and have them equiped yet i cannot hire nanao. it says that i don't have the ultimate sets.
