Green enchantment stones (Psychic)

alright so im not sure if people are away but if you look at the green or white enchantment stones they will say they give the psychic enchantment which gives +4 initial start fury, now im at 98 fury points without kisuke or anything and i just wanted to confirm, does it still work? if so what is the rate of getting it if anyone knows

it still works and it can be rare it took me 15-20 green e stones to gt it but i have heard of it tkn people over 60 to gt it most of time.

yeah ive used about 50+ stones but thanks for letting me know it still works

it works but it is a very low rate, so you need ton of them. I used like 60 in a row and got nothing, after some time i got a lucky roll, so keep trying.
