you'd need 240% for 25m dmg.... lol
140% is only 14m-15m
100% damage is 100% extra damage to your damage already. That's why you have to still get 50m dmg or so to get the 100% dmg buff. 100% more dmg is two times your normal damage.
100% dmg doubles your damage. If that wasn't the case I wouldn't be able to one shot 15m hp waves everytime.

Hmm i'm from 8th server and suspiciously we got someone with nick having Kokubu in it. Well I hope it's just coincidence as he do top up some but not ass other guy which is current top 1. He do spend hmm maybe 1k dollars and looking like everytime someone getting close to him he top up more to escape. Lately he trying be highest lvl player on server not saying about bp (2nd bp/arena player is just 10k exp behind and maybe 30k bp yet main with best speed on server making him keep his supremancy).
Every server has one or few of those, get used to it.
Lol I would've killed myself if I threw 10k cash on a game in 1 go... no way did he spend that kind of money right away. heck even 1000 a month should be way more than enough and even overdoing it.
not judging those that do it anyways, but you know when you play a game like this, people like this will definitely show up and it's almost impossible to be number 1 if you don't have at least have few hundred dollars to spend every month or so.
If you hang on long enough, a lot of people will end up quitting or getting inactive anyways, so eventually you can still become one of the top 10 of your server without much effort, just daily logins and participating in all events. occassional top up few dollars here and there and you should be ready to go xD
What's the point of crying about people who spend a lot of cash?
In the end, it's those people who keep the game running for you to sit there and complain in the first place.

Sound so funny when he say stealing our kills at ryoka :lol;P if he really top up that amount of money he deserve than and even more and he doesnt do events daily so i dunno why you complain, i really was against players taking all the kills at ryoka but the last time i do ryoka almost all the players snipe and dont att when ryoka are at full hp so at least i dont gonna att all the time and give all the kills to them when they only snipe.
Edit:btw if that guy spend that money and only can do 6mill dmg he sux that is really low dmg for an vip12 ;P:lol
