Failed to loading

need some help.. i cant play the game because of failed to loading the game.. can advise what should i do? already update my flash player and disable other not related plugs

I cannot log in EU 2294 there what it shows me.

All of us cannot log in into any server, be patient they will fix it :) (EU 65 Too)
