one click mop up problem

i cleared agent of shinigami for the main evo and now if i want to click on one click mop up it just doesn't work, can you help me ?
i am an vip 5 btw. :'(

you need to have shinigami agent active before mop up can work.

i saw on youtube that he clicked on one click mop up and it worked for him

yea i completed the same difficulty and i didn't know that you need to have shinigami agent for that ....
