Though from the summaries I've read and scanned Chaos; Head isn't anywhere near Steins; Gate.
I don't think anything can top Steins; Gate. Anime or VN.

From what i heard, Chaos;Head anime is not that good. Don't know about the VN tho.

I finished it last night, and I have to say it's not all that bad of an anime. Though they wait till the last 3 episodes to explain everything.
Now I'm moving over to Clannad.
