she is by no means a katen counter, IF her first skillset is employeed shes simply another compulsory purchase if you want to remain pvp competitive in the game.
in the end its still about who is faster, and katen is still the fastest
my advice is to put off purchases as long as possible, atm the progression of this game is based on screwing over previous partners/setups completely, i can already see the next super fast assault lined up

Mods
1. Add 10% Avoid Injury Rate
2. Aura/Halo: Reduce enemy Support Speed 25%
3. Every 10% lose HP increase Def by 10%
4. When HP lower than 50%, recover 30% growth rate
5. Attack has 100% chance to reduce enemys DEF by 100% for 1 round.
6. add 50% Defense
7. Attack has 100% chance to reduce enemy ATK by 25% for 2 rounds
How is she not a counter for Katen users who are relying on their support characters..
My advice is to not comment about speed, it's about damage.

My advic ...
even if either side of a fight resulted to using assaults for faster speed, katen is still the fastest assault zanpakuto
so she is a sejumaru counter, a hikifune counter, but not a katen counter
and it is all about speed in pvp, for people of similar bp, even main using 10th should be ohko for all except vg

You don't get it at all do ya.
Supporters are mostly control characters while assaulters are the ones dealing damage.
+ only speed difference is 90speed/fortify lvl.. like that's gonna be huge..
You don't buy Katen for assaulters anyway.. aka you've been focussing on your supporters and not your assaulters.
Hence she's a Katen counter.
