Upgrading Bonds

Hey guys.
I want to ask u something (might rlly simple).
I have issue with upgrading my champs Bond attributes.
Problem is that i can't see what i need to do to get her Bond upgraded.
Would be thankful for any help :)

Partner bonds require main and the partner only, no zanpakuto, stage must be 3 star. As for cut off text I'd like to know also. Players say there is a trick in chrome to see it, but I don't know about the method or how to do it in firefox.
