Yama is not for pve in any way shape or form. Ikkaku and Kenpachi are both better than Yama in pve, no question. My 2 cents... work to change your pvp party to a 2-2-1 formation, and for pve you will want a 2-3-0. Kieske and Cute Orihime for supports both forms, pvp you want to run Starrk and Yama, and pve, Ikkaku and Kenpachi. Assuming you have no Event Zans, Kazeshini will be your pvp zan and Zabimaru will be your pve zan. Of course the decision is yours, but if you insist on a 1-3-1, Tengen is for sure a Zanpacto to look at, as he's the poor man's Senbon. make sure whatever zan you use for pvp has a speed fortification (in most cases) as for pvp, speed is a BIG deal... I know where he/she got the misunderstanding from in your first post you switched ikakku and yama and said yamas good for pve and ikakkus good for pvp.
