well you have a couple choices for vanguard
sajin at 70 is a tanky vanguard thatll last you til lv 110 where hollow ichigo comes in
nnoirtra is ok the best part about him is his skill which gives the aid to assaulters
then like shinji at level 100 comes an offensive vanguard stark whos good at doing damage
and as I said before hollow ichigo comes at level 110 and is a tanky vanguard who can heal himself with his skill

lol make bykuya first so when the speeds decreased itll be easier to have your guys faster thanthe enemy then have shunsi go and then tosen

lol hmm byakuya should be pretty easy to speed up
have you gotten his speed mod yet
and try to infuse his gear (more specifically boots) as much as you can
and have good agility accessories and hogu
that should help increase his speed
