Those achievements are bugged.

Road To Power -> Gaining Experiences -> Girlfriend Exchange (10/30)
Road to Power -> My Home -> Lucky Cat (50/200)  / Soul Interaction (15/50)  / Girlfriend Partying (15/50) / Master Catches (10/20)

This bug exist like from the beginning of the achievements but nobody cares to fix anything despite the crazy money they take I don't know if they even have support because they don't do anything to fix something just adding new stuff...
