What's the point in that? My soph can have about 105% dodge rate, yet every1 runs with 250~ hit rates

ppl around me only have hit rates of 180-195%

Yeah not only that, every1 runs with 3-4 partners maxed evo, which is about 20% hit rates extra. I actually fussed all my hits few days ago, downgraded to 210% max, just to save 2 slots for extra counters/crits
im at 9000 points so gtn to my 2nd time cute will be mine:)
