Why am I feel good when i Got completed owned in pvp and pve to a dude who top more than me ? he topped x2 the amount and i beated him , so he went for x3 , and yes even with x3 i still win with 50 % rate

If he can afford to top up that much be prepared that he will top up even more and eventually you won't be able to keep up. Or he will stop topping up and you gonna go head to head. Or he'll just quit. Not every top up will lead to an improvement of the pvp performance, or at least not vs a single person.
