Ok , it seems that the compensation mail is missing for several players me being one of them.

I am on server 33 ( EU ).

Is there anyone form EU who already recieved his compensation? Is it possible that cause of this delay is time zone diffrence between EU and US?

i ply in server US8,US41 and US44,im using chrome,avant,torch,mozilla but i still dont see the soul hunt icon in battle menu, arena,blood,tower,hollow soul map and palace only, can any one help me!!!! IGN: Sivern

Battle report, damage rate, skill animations, all seem bugged.

im on server 40 eu and gotten no compensation.. and yes the soul hunt was gone... ty for fixing it though

it's good even it's a alittle compensation don't you think, we can't request for more.
it's a lost to our equips upgrade and so do the rest.
so it's fair even we don't get the mats for upgrade as rewards.
