hueco mondo attack reset bug

I reseted hma today nothing happen. I restart game my reset chance was gone.

Same here for 2 days reset button steal my chances and I cant attack anyone. Best is I need only 5 coupons to upgrade my nel and get Shinso Gin. RLY? Cant you fix this?
