Combo rate is the shit. There is only one counter to support combos, and it's not even easy to get.

If you are a massive VIP 10 who has spent tens of thousands on the game. I never plan to beat anyone like that. Anyone who isn't in that league, however, is much stronger with hiki than with senju.
We're talking different leagues of play. I'm trying to compete with people who are maybe just barely VIP9-10 while I'm VIP7. I do that quite well. I have no delusion that I would beat someone who spent $2500+, that isn't even on my radar. Nor are strategies for people who spend that much since it'll never be me.
In my league, Hiki is the god of all gods. But I'm sure in another few months, that will not be the case so much.

$2500 is the minimum you need to top up to be VIP9 and $5000 for VIP10... just sayin

Exactly. As I was saying to Kosmo, Hikifune still wins quite well for low levels.
Hikifune was too OP for her price tag.
It is only destiny that she becomes countered at some point.

20 gold per frag if you are buying directly. You can get some of them from Anniversary feast prize shop as an additional bonus, though. Just not Oetsu.

Well that depends on a lot of factors. And it's going to get much cheaper soon with the new feature coming out letting us reset modify on partners to regain the fragments as universal fragments. 500 gold for an 80% return means you can suck the mods out of your other partners and use them to mod a 0 division partner relatively fast. But as of right now tier 6 mod runs somewhere around 20-30k total gold. Which isn't bad if you already have that gold from topping up to obtain a 0 division partner through top up bonuses.
