I'm sure. I look at my senju's stats any time before I upgrade anything so as to see what different upgrades give me in terms of stats. I get somewhere between 4.5k and 5k speed increase on her any time I increase my reiatsu level. Regular partner levels on her give me around 3.8k speed.

Oh, I only have that gear on my main because it's my worst gear. My main is utter trash LOL.
My Ichibei's reiatsu hp is about 3.3M I think? Not in pvp form right now so can't check. In battle he's about 5M I think.
