Account deletd

I had a account on a server with vip3 and lvl 50 ish, stoped playing for a while, a now i want to come back and the account is gone, the server is still saved but when I enter it just appears as a new entry, where I select class and name. I've also tried other  servers and its the same, no bother telling me I got into the wrong server because i havent.

How do I  get my acc back

u have 2 options
1: mail supporter they don't give answer really soon mail supporter more and more till they answer u cant do anything

2: accept it

Ur server merged dunno if u can get it back. I had char on EU4 but it' s lost too. And i had topuped a lot back then. I suggest to start over :/
