Kisuke has been giving 22 for ages too
So every 38 days, for 250 gold each time (and the necessary silver to get the tavern partners initially if you dont have them already, plus the right level for full modification), you can get 2910 almighty modify fragments (which averages to about 15 fragments per partner per day, or 582 almighty fragments per partner every 38 days, or 2910 for just one partner, or mix and match as you like). Hope that made sense.

as long as i can get alot of modify frag it doesnt matter if its gold or purple
You can only inherit gold partners and higher.

Yeah now only to have enough space lol... I have 22 slots and 3/4 of them are filled with stupid bond partners I will never use in actual battle.. Those should have some special slot :/
