Is Ryumon Ikkaku worth the cupons?

I'm a VIP 2 and was wondering if trying to obtain Ryumon Ikkaku was worth it, that 75% block rate looks really smexy, but I'm not sure if It's worth it :/

unless youre going for shinso via legend gallery.
don't bother with Shop Ikk.

I've seen one or two that is beastly...  but honestly I've seen many more that suck hard...   any gold vang from tavern seem to be able to be better than him...  But using him as a stepping stone to get Shinso is very worth it...  Shinso is a monster of a support, especially for low VIPs
