Is Shinji a Viable tank over Sajin?

I just wanted to Make a Quick poll regarding the viabilty of the 2 tanks that u get at 70. I am 69 atm and will hit 70 soon and i want your opinion on this.
Now before we start off i know that Sajin is generally conisdered a better tank than Shinji , due to his overall tankyness and his innate ability.
So the Pros in favour of Shinji as far as i can see are
- Better Strength 100 over Komu's 60
- Better block rate
- Better Special for PVP as he damages everyone.
The cons i can see against Shinji are
- Lower Wisdom 40 compared to komu's 60 ?
- Less tanky than Komu , due to his innate 15% boost and his special
- Slower than Komu in terms of speed.
- Less hp than Komu ( similar to tankyness )
So Vote away people and please mention why you picked the option.

Thats why i pointed out the overall increase in strength 100 vs 60 so Shinji will do more damage than komu , regardless of zanpaktos.
Also with extra block he will deal more damage by passive reflects as well. to counter act the negative effects of a zan
you will need like lvl 8+ offensive stones + added wisdom stones for defensives purposes and really good gear with the right refines if you want him be prepared to spend a lot of of IRL money on him and silver KrisKingOfLegend replied at 2014-10-13 23:50 static/image/common/back.gif

Ah ok , So Shinji is Viable but you need to be a high VIP to use him effectively is what you are saying?
I forgot to mention that i am a F2p player , and do not have high grade stones ( i have around 4's and 5's ). So i am guessing Shinji is out of the question then. Edited by ruedia at 2014-10-14 00:36
I have been reading guides like you I found out alot, Just by doing trail and error test and Im VIP3. I learn Yachiru can be better Sado by how much damage both them take. So I say your best choice is to do Trail and Error test. Yes you can get higher stones then 4 or 5. The reason I say that is I have member in my guild that is F2P. He has lvl 8 Spirit stone. If you listen to alot people on here including me there is no way you can tell best for you. For reason each person play style is different among alot other things. i am using shinji as for now i think for pvp shinji is better than sajin i have only also 4 and 5's and im vip2 only in my server im top 3/4 my shinji is better bcoz his counter and block is enough to kill in pvp but in pve also good Shinji is very stone oriented. AND, to be clear, if you really want to use him for damage purposes, you'll need one of the king qualitys that don't decrease your van's damage rate or a captain like Tengen(20% drop) or Zabi(40%-10% from it's buff) Lol I want to get shoji just becuz he was really cool in the anime. But I'm a p2p player and I don't want to waste time on Shinji unless I'm sure he's going to be helpful.
