I'm lvl 70 and wondering which one I should aim for to use? don't want to start building one up if its not as good as the other. I will focus on both pve and pvp, since pve is what helps you level faster than pvp. all advises are welcome. for supports I have hikifune and kirinjo, main and brenji for assaulters. now that I think of it, the question is more based for pvp as I will most likely be switching out vanguard for a support or assaulter to maximize damage on pve unless one of the two vanguards can also help with pve? thanks in advance.

Tsi ichigo is more for damage and would be better in pve,  Kukaku is a super tank even though some of her stats are bugged and she will be great in pvp if built right, but anyone with a B.rukia or even an Oetsu will destroy a stacked van.  Personally I would go with Kukaku and if you don't have pure t1 then spend gold on fury stones.
