Can I get some help with formation ??

Ok, so I am a vip 4 (gonna go vip 6 in a week) basically I just recently reached lvl 70 and I recruited Komamura, but I've been wondering if I should recruit Harribel/Yoruichi or just wait till I get to lvl 80. Also if their is any partners that I should get from events let me know.
Currently for PvP, I run a 2-2-1 with Kirinji/Momo - Zabimaru Renji/Main - Komamura switching between Zabimaru and Kazeshini as zanpakto.
For PvE, I run a 2-3 with Kirinji/Rukia - Rangiku/Main/Zabimaru Renji with zabimaru as zanpakto.

If you guys have any tips, feel free to help :D
