CoM - Agents of Shinigami Hard Mode Guide?

Does anyone know how to beat Conquest of Might - Agents of Shinigami on hard mode? For some reason I'm stuck on the 4th from last stage where I could swear I'm fulfilling the requirements but it still doesn't want to give me the reward nor progression. Anyone able to explain a bit?
