But looking at it again, it actually doesn't state % chance. I made the mistake thinking it was the same as one shot kill, but it's blank so.....idk what chance it has.

unfortunately you can't exactly choose which skill you want


You don't start at reincarnation level 1 again, if you reset for a certain skill at say reincarnation lvl 4, you will get the lvl 4 version of that skill ^^

when you reset for a skill the skill comes at random, you may even end up with the same exact skill again :/ ^^ :)
