Upgrading SWP parteners

For example if i want to upgrade Shin Shura Ken to Noza Ken,will i lose points i invested in his exclusive skill?
Or it will transfer like mods and evolution?

Yes they transfer over, confirmed as i've personally done it, and was tested by another too ^^

Don't think so. It will probably transfer over. But i cannot guarantee that since i would start doin ...
