do you loose modify frags when you dismiss a partner , for example if i dismiss my ishin , which is level 102. And than hire him at my current level.. will i loose th emodify frags i already have ???dont think so, no their level will reset though, I believe. Tavern partners anyway. Happened to me once i accidentally dismissed Shunsui Well I dont have many partners and I still have frags for them (soul cultivation). Plus I dismissed tavern yoru ages ago. Then when I rehired her back 1 week ago I started out with 400 modify fragments. So yeah, I know for tavern partners it's fine. But I imagine if you've modified them you lose that.
