Ichibe and Senjumaru aren't yet. I used up my other stones I had to do the inherit for the xp scrolls to get Mayuri and Nemu back up in level. I almost have enough for Ichibe and Senjumaru. I just hit 110 a few days ago.
I normally have Brenji in for events in place of Ichibe, so his level was lagging behind the others.
I have Retsu Kenpachi at 1 star modify, but she is only level 95. Brenji is at 106 with 1 star also. They will get more use when there is a server merge. I'm pretty much the only one on my server now, so they aren't as needed for ES and Ryoka now.
You will need to mod Ichibe more to make him better.

I had him up to 3 stars at one point, but Nemu stole it to get her 4th mod for the Immune to Fury Deduction. Senjumaru also has that for her 3rd mod. I just started a Harribel to farm mods from. I think Ichibe will be the next to get mods, but I haven't decided since the 25% defense isn't until his 5th mod.

use zanp that have 0 damage rate, avoid injury rate, + up ur immune as vanguard around 60%. Or u can do with t1 speed + damage.
I didn't win the solo part of the fight, but Nemu and Senjumaru survived their first round of special attacks then I got lucky with a few extra rounds. Nemu, Mayuri and Senjumaru survived at the end. That first round I kept losing main and at least 1 supporter, but only my main died in the first round and Ichibe was able to buy some time for the rest to win it. Onto the second Gin fight next.

Wow, okay there's a lot of things I'm seeing wrong here and I'm not even sure what to start with...
First off I guess your primary concern should be getting better equipment on your partners. Next would be you need to focus waaayyyy more of your stamina/hp on ichibei. Your mayuri shouldn't be nearly as close in hp as he is. Anyways those are your biggest most deadly concerns right now.

I agree that the gear is what I need most. You would probably laugh if you seen the gear my main and Senjumaru still have.
Mayuri has the same growth natural growth rate for stamina as Ichibe at 6.2, but my Mayuri's is actually higher now since he has level 15 Exclusive Skill. Ichibe has all 6 r10 Stamina Stones but Mayuri only currently has 5 Stamina stones 1 r8, 2 r9 and 2 r10. I still think he was supposed to of been a Vanguard, but they coded him as an Assaulter.
