No this is bad ... ppl start at new server on good events
so they can start with strong partners and lvl fast.
Its better to give them 1 partner who can chalange them :D My team is also all tavern except for my UBP yama, and I often come across teams full of div zero partners and other reds and I can still beat them a decent percentage of the time hehe :lol

Yama is pretty much the best F2P partner you can get right? (Noza and prob Shinso Gin is up there, maybe Aizen) I don't really keep track of F2P formations or anything like that. I'm thinking about getting Yama and just waiting a few before getting B Renji (Spent too much damn money on this game recently lol). Not counting W.Ichi because as a F2P he takes what like a year+ to get? The ninja games have a level requirement regarding event ninjas, depends on what quality it is, I think S partners have a lv70 Requirement, SS Lv80 and SSS Lv90, but Lv90 is still pretty easy to obtain, so if someone has a shit ton of gold....you're basically waiting for your demise anyway, as you pointed out, it's 110% Pay to Win, so there's no real way to go about it :s
