Mayuri is a tanky assaulter that can reach 150% block rate easily and he clears your teams debuffs. The 1% growth is probably how much defense the shield has. He is mostly popular cause noone bothers to reach his potential, which could turn out really great. I've seen some Kukaku-Mayuri combo and the outcome was really nice Daiguren toshiro(need 1 month of t1)
Gamuza Neil(need about 3 months to take her and make her t1)

Daiguren is good until i take kyoka aizen or SWP aizen and Neil is better than urahara cause of her skill and her speed mod and bond. and yamaji is yamaji Fuck boy here :$ senju, hiki, main, brenji, noz. Pve (ryoka and es. Should use kensei... but noo... cos reasons)
Pvp - just change noz with sop rang. Still need to work on her, mayuri and ichibe.... i do feel like people are putting down soph rang. That aid rate and heal is awesome... combo of demon ichi and ichibae. sexy k, yhwach, hiki, oetsu, main
having said that, including shy nemu and/or elegant nemu somehow instead of whoever would be awesome. Not sure who to take out, maybe hiki, put in shy nemu instead. PVP:
