(It should give but in my case didn't work as advertised, I have a feeling that you need renew and stack days over 60 to get the Title)

Agent Welfare is all the bonus given while in Agent.
You will always have to top up 999gold to renew it monthly.

It has already been more than 2months after you wrote this reply.
And now everything is crystal clear for you how the thinks are with Shinigami Agent.

Talking out of the arse here^ Oh this Post still exists, well while having Shinigami Agent active, top up and you get Topup reward. Title will last 30 days.
