Who should i get for my team? Im using tenjiro, cute orihime, mc, zabimaru renji, soph rengiku/sajin. My zanpakuto is bankai sogyo no kotowari

you don't really need anyone from level 80 tavern...  looks like your going the PVE route.
choices that may benefit you for pve:   
Jushiro traded in for Tenjiro (better raw damage output for pve)
Kieske traded in for Tenjiro (will get Zabimaru Renji skilling every round if someone crits during the turn
Shunsui (with second skill) traded in for Tenjiro  (will be similar to a baby Hikifune in PVE)

for PVP, they all suck for your team, but Yama will beat Zabimaru Renji for PVP

for PVP, Kazeshini is a better choice than Sogyo as speed is king, and kazeshini's power is almost the same sogyo's
for PVE, Sogyo is a very solid choice

Well, I only have cute orihime for a week and a half. I wanted to get ukitake to replace orihime, but only if hes better to have then yoruichi. I didnt know whether or not to switch zabimaru out for anyone, or if i should wait till a higher level.
