i have 500k only able 1 hit 5 wave
While doing event my BP goes down to 550kBP and i defeated barragan with around 480k BP

i can't do that. my gold reishi limited and it's hard to get. and lvling up new partner kinda anno ...
not relly... the "log in and claim events" gives 25 golden reishi (and ist alot of those events) and the witchs house can give 150 reishi in the duration it is on doing tha daily task janken with golden partneres help a bit too
im lvl 95 so curently ikkaku, youro and komamura in my team
gor c ori from sc and have kisuke, retsu and swp: soo zabi shin grimjow, shin nelliel
no problem if you spend the silver there ;-) (im at 2,3k reishi now so starrk and eventually gin in lvl 100)

i think we can't depend on event to get hugh amount reishi. especially sometimes event give other item that more usefull. like in witch event, we can get xp scrool to lvl up partner that not reach main lvl yet or spirit stone lvl4 that i think it's more usefull (and also event not everyday out). and if i want to collect gold reishi, better collect it for stronger partner in higher lvl tavern.

yes of cource the xp scrolls are more important to me too but if you were in need of quick golden reishi those small bonuses make much in the loong run ;-)
and you dont relly need to take all the golden partners from each 10 lvl with you :-P
my advise kisuke (lvl 80) retsu unohana (lvl 90) if you want zaraki you can get him but i prefer c.orihime from soul cultiavation a tunn like harribel/youoichi later on becomming aizen/gin and maybe komamura (lvl 70) to switch out with either starrk or h.ichigo
anything else is for the speccially interasted ones doing their own style ;-)

note that i have been holding back on xp for a loong time... only a few people can use 4 months from lvl 60-80 :lol i was hitting the roof tho so had to improve now im holding back below lvl 100
