It's just these have never been available for us to require
We've been using UNIVERSAL socket stones this whole time, which is available to any gear
these are the natural ones (imagine it like with materials, where you have these to upgrade with for specific gears: http://puu.sh/oPBLI/4f25ae9afc.jpg and then have the universal ones which work with any gear: http://puu.sh/oPBNt/8e43693faa.jpg
Same thing applies to the socket stones ^^ :)
