Does anyone knows how to do the first bond with komamura sajin?

I strip my main and remove my zanpakuto but still cant get the first bond wiith sajin.... Thank You for any help and tips!

Only your main and Komamura need to be in your formation, no Zanpakuto either.
You have to make sure your main deals over 30% damage.
Apart from that you also need 3 stars on the first stage
