Who is better (Braggan) or (Shin Toshiro Hitsugaya)? I used them together till lvl 110, combined with Ashizo, and it worked pretty well (for pvp ofc).(at 110, i replaced Barragan by Aizen)
Barragan will help you a lot in PVP, Soul Map,... everywhere you'll be looking for AoE and/or DoT damages.
imo, he's one of the most under-rated tavern partner.
SWP Toshiro... first, if you don't plan to upgrade to Daiguren : forget about him right now, Harribel will help you more!
even tho, Daiguren is not easy to use and to build.
His main problem comes from the low fury deduction rate (-10 to -15); which may not be enough if ever the opponent is using a fury booster; addition of a support stunner will be needed to get him efficient.
be aware his skill doesn't work in Soul Map.
