Is Break Def important for some partners?
Umm this was bugging my head,so let's say you have a partner like Tavern Unohana(dunno if Isane's skill does work like her taicho) that hits once, and heals you all day. Does B.Def add something to the partner other than block damage?Break Def decreases the probability to get blocked. While what you say is correct she could fury deducted, thus needing to hit more than just once. Break Defense is important on most every partner (some exceptions) but a partner like Tavern Unohana... if she hits a tough vang with high block, he will block her, counter attack, and kill her, thus making her unable to heal you. Partners like Gold Ichigo however, almost never hit a vanguard, (hits assaulters with 100 fury gain) so he may get countered once by a vang, but then he only hits assaulters which until Ichi is long overdue for replacement, they usually have little to no block stat, making break Def kind of wasted on him. long story short, early game, focus on partners that hit a vang more often than not, after you notice your opponents start having block stat on more than just vang, then spread out the Break Def stones, but make sure to focus on main damage dealers, and your partners with the lowest defense To be honest
Uno is a special case
If she dies to block, all good, she gets to heal all when she dies if she has final mod xD
And on Uno, no not really, you don't really need break defence on her. The tavern partners that do go against Supporters for fury deduction are Yoruichi and Aizen, 2 famous picks for players, these are the only 2 you have to look out for.
BUT if you have crit, you can also apply crit to your fury regeneration, so if you crit you can gain 150 fury back to Uno instead of 100, pretty much denying the fury deduction Yoruichi or Aizen will do ^^ :) Zento-Hazashi replied at 2016-5-16 13:12 static/image/common/back.gif

but... wait, after her first hit, she only heals, right? like no more attacks on foes, right?... in that case, just make sure she's tanky enough to survive one block, and max her crit, right? MylarHyrule replied at 2016-5-16 18:48 static/image/common/back.gif

Yup, either she's T1 and does no hits at all
or only does 1
then put crit on her to do max heals and ta-da, all good ^^ :) Yeah i guess it's what i thought lol,thx guys haha
