So my formation is now

Oetsu-Hiki-Kirinji / Main Berseker renji (berseker switched for komamura for pvp)

on who should i focus first and what should i focus on?
and any other tips?

yeah, new in bleach i have played UN uhm waiting for the modi on hiki or should i just make her already the fastest? and who should be 2,3,4 and should it be a big difference

with your partners, you will soon be dropping your vanguard most probably.  maybe just stick with the one your using for a while, see if you can throw yours away once you go T1...
