Cool events - not received rewards

So the second week of server US 350 has just finished, but I didn't receive the rewards, i.e. arena rank and level rank

When the server resetted from the 23rd to the 24th of May, the server was down for a few hours(black screen). When I was able to log back in, about 4am server time, I hadn't received any of the cool event rewards.

Can any mod or dev advise if the rewards will still be send.

probably because you didn't claim it before reset....:time:

and the event was over after the server resets....

The rewards would of been sent to you via mail in-game unless it was the type that you had to actually "claim" via the button in the list of events. If it was going to be mailed it would of been May 24th 1 AM EDT which is when US servers reset. If there was a server issue preventing players from logging in at this time it's 50/50 you'll get it if it was to be mailed.

Been having issues with my server cluster and CSB "End of Season" rewards from either downtimes or updates cutting the reward out mid season, hoping this season is different. Most you can do is e-mail support if you haven't received it and just go on playing like you probably won't get the reward.
