Personally, I'd pick Grimmjow and Ikkaku seeing how you can get Ikkaku a easy 30-40% combo rate if you wanted. Never used Kenpachi so can't really speak about him much, Grimmjow does T1 easier / cheaper if you want to run dual builders and over fury Grimmjow for the extra damage hopefully coupled by the random extra round he might get.

i would use pantera and tavern ikkakku if you want a stable and high pve dmg output with a farily chance of combos ;) i don´t think ishida is a better deal for pve later as well
