Not able to Receive TopUp Reward (Solved)

I would like to get some clarification on why I'm not able to receive TopUp Reward under Shinigami Agent?
I have ToppedUp twice after getting Shinigami Agent for 1k Gold each.
I was able to get the Single TopUp, Accumulative TopUp and other such rewards. But Under Shinigami Agent there is Top-up Reward which has been grey the whole time. Even after I ToppedUp 1k Gold twice (It was 1k on two seperate days).

I'm not understanding something on it? Cause all I see is Top-up Reward - it doesn't indicate a specific amount required?

Its not top up reward but renew reward, when you buy shini agent again you'll get it. Translation error.
