I am guessing since the Rice Dumpling Shop has mod soul pets only that its a mini UBP for pets.

The cross server rewards is accumulative top up of everyone. Separate thing to the shop I think.

It's like the weed event we had recently but instead of using vitality it's topping up gold I think.
