no no, you misunderstand... he's level 103 on a server over a year old, was f2p up until now, by no means a power acct in any form of the word... VERY low key in fact... then all at once he topped up, got handsome toshi, isshin, sexy Kuakua (whatever) Kirinji, Kenpachi title, ect... Not saying he's a hacker, just saying that it would be stupid to spend $1000+ on that acct, period. he may not be a hacker, maybe he got his income taxes in and blew it on bleach, i don't know. was just saying it was strange is all

It could just be that, tax return and got tired of being lower BP. But, if he all of sudden shoots up in BP with say god like hogu etc.. then ya report.
