I have him T1 already i use agility wisdom critical break stamina??
Don't really see the use of using stamina on him but depends on PvP or PvE. PvE for events like Evil Spirit Ryoka Stamina isn't really needed on him, and for stuff like Hollow Map you switch stones around anyway as needed.
Way I stone currently (keep in mind I don't use him like I said)
Vanguard : Strength,Wisdom,Stamina,Block,Counter, Hit Rate (weapon enchant stand fast)
Mid line: Strength, Wisdom, Agility, Critical, Break Defense, Hit Rate (weapon enchant critical damage)
Back line: Strength, Wisdom, Agility, Critical, Break Defense, Hit Rate (weapon enchant 8% Stun Chance)
Stun chance because I'm PvP Focused w/ dual Stunners (Gin and Aizen). If you stone Kisuke w/ hit rate and critical then maybe get the critical damage enchant as well to help boost PvE Damage. Critical Enchants are from the Golden Enchant stones.

I really dont use wisdom that much....

I really dont use wisdom that much... ...
I stone differently like I said, mostly for the extra kido or physical defense it offers. Just the way I always have done things since back in the early days. Same with refines even after they added the Stamina / HP Buff in PvP. Strength / Wisdom / Block or Strength / Wisdom / Agility which makes it much easier to switch sets on the fly depending on the situation / who I'm facing.

Block is yea, with the exception of Yachiru, no vanguard should be using Dodge after level 70. Sure some can argue about using it on Stark w/ his exclusive but then he loses his Heal.
