gear refine question
they said refine equipment will stack with mod and evo.i have Hollowed Ichigo, mod + evo = 21.55% extra block from that. ive got 90% block stones. this makes him 111.55% block rate by default.my problem is, yesterday i was refine my gear for him and was refine aiming for block but the percentage doesn't change. looks like it doesn't stack after all.
i need help.
Refine doesn't surpass 90%
Only Evo Bond and Mods Do you have his 4th mod that give the 12% Block and already have maxed out his Evo? If you have those, his block should be higher than 90% with having 90% from stones. with the mod/evo, 90% +21.55% = 111.55% which is your cap. 90% is base cap, mod that allows you 10% and the ability go over 90% makes your cap 100% (I'm guessing on his mods, don't own him) The cap is always whatever the base cap is (90) + the added effect. Trying to add anything based off gear will not add past your cap. If you have block from refine, either remove it or cut back on stones since they both go to the same base 90%. yeah good idea guys.:)
i remove 1 block stone on him so the 90% base cap based on gear+stone and replace it with crit.
