Yamma and Ress Ulquiorra skill's

When they do their skill, first Yamma go out and do his skill and after him Ress Ulq. So, they both do burning and I was wondering is it damage that burn does from both partners or just from one, does both burn damage count?

no, the other buff overwrites the same with similar attributes and whoever goes last will remain.
