No, it's going to be Ganju. Yhwach is going to be turned to sand by the true god, Ganju.
My guess is that Ichigo will show Mugetsu and kill Yhwach and blah blah (FINAL GETSUGA TENSHOOOOOOO!!!!!!). He will loose his powers and he will be a normal guy.
